Polaris 11: The Most Stacked Card Of The Week?

This Saturday, marks the return of the world renowned Polaris Pro Invitational. It’s the 11th instalment so far of the world class competition and for this outing, it’s taking place in Manchester, England. The event will be broadcast live on UFC Fight Pass at approximately 4pm local time, so it’s perfect for fans in the UK as UFC Shenzhen is on in early hours of Saturday morning so if you’re a fight fan you may aswell tune in to watch some elite level grappling whenever the UFC is over.

Polaris 11 manages features an extensive list of top talent submission grapplers including some current UFC fighters and an Olympic gold medallist in Japan’s Satoshi Ishii (a gold medallist that isn’t Henry Cejudo?) Who’d have thought it?

There’s some real huge names to look out for on the card tomorrow, that includes recently promoted black belt Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett, in this outing he takes on Scottish UFC-alum; Stevie Ray.

Also on the card is UFC scrapper Chris Fishgold of Next Generation Liverpool. StipeTapped HQ can confirm that Fishgold was originally due to fight UFC Lightweight Marc Diakese. However Diakese was forced to withdraw from the bout due to his upcoming fight with Lando Vannata at UFC Fight Night 160 clashing with this grappling match. Diakese has now been replaced by his grappling coach Liam Cann.

When you move further up the card you’ll find current Polaris Welterweight Champion Mansher Khera who defends his championship against Edwin Najmi. The current Women’s Under 55kg Champion Ffion Davies is taking part in the main event too, this time taking on Talita Alencar.

It’s an all round stacked card and if you have fight pass you should definitely take the time to tune in to see some familiar UFC / MMA faces and you get to witness the highest level of competitive grappling on Earrth!
